Membership terms

Updated October 10, 2026. These terms describe purchases of Alinha through this quiz and access at unstoopapp.tech.

The program

Alinha is a general wellness application for adults aged 18 and over. Membership includes the same 30 shoulder-focused exercises, arranged into two alternating groups over four weeks. Quiz answers suggest a focus and habit cue; they do not create an individualized treatment plan. English on-screen instructions are available. Recorded exercise narration is currently in Portuguese.

Subscriptions and renewal

Choose US$9.90 per week, US$15.61 per month, or US$39.00 per year. The selected amount is charged at purchase and automatically at each weekly, monthly or annual renewal until canceled. No free trial is included. Review the final total and any additional amounts displayed by Stripe before confirming payment.

Account and access

Stripe handles payment. Use your purchase email to sign in with a one-time code. Access depends on payment confirmation and the subscription status. Keep access to that email secure and do not share sign-in codes. A failed, refunded or disputed payment may interrupt access.

Canceling and refunds

To cancel renewal, sign in to Alinha and open My account → Manage subscription. Complete cancellation in the Stripe portal before your next renewal. Access continues through your paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior payments. Contact support with your purchase email for a refund request or billing issue. Rights provided by applicable law remain unchanged.

Exercise safely

Alinha is not diagnosis, medical treatment or physiotherapy. No particular outcome or pain reduction is guaranteed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before exercise if you have an injury, medical restriction or concerning symptoms. Stop any movement that causes pain. The avatar is a virtual guide, not a clinician.
