Updated October 10, 2026. This notice explains how the Alinha quiz and membership use information.

Your quiz answers

Your selections stay in this browser’s session storage so you can move back or resume the quiz in the same tab. They are not sent to our checkout endpoint or Stripe. Use “Change my answers” to restart, or close the tab to end its session. This quiz does not request a medical history or provide a medical assessment.

Purchase and account information

When you open checkout, we process your email, selected plan, acceptance of the subscription terms and a random checkout reference. Stripe processes payment details; Alinha does not receive your full card number. We use your purchase email, subscription status and billing identifiers to enable access, handle billing questions and prevent duplicate subscriptions.

Services and essential storage

Stripe handles payments, Supabase supports authentication and membership records, Resend delivers sign-in emails, and Hostinger hosts the application. These providers process information needed to operate their services and may process it in other countries. Essential cookies keep you signed in; browser storage retains language and exercise progress. The quiz does not add advertising pixels or marketing email enrollment.

Security and retention

We process request information, including IP addresses and attempt counters, to limit abuse and protect checkout. Billing and access records are retained as needed for membership, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Avoid sending sensitive medical information to support.

Your choices

You may contact support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable obligations. Deleting browser storage clears locally saved answers and preferences, but does not cancel a subscription or delete billing records. Cancel renewal through My account → Manage subscription.
